As usual, the June Meeting/Picnic was a good time. Good beer, good food, good fireworks! I think there were just two homebrews — Curt’s oatmeal stout, and something I didn’t get to taste from Steve’s fancy tapped growler.

So, back to Sud’s for July’s meeting. It’ll be a smoke-free experience, thanks to Wisconsin’s new ban going into effect on July 5th.

We are looking forward to having everyone over on Wednesday. I will have the grill ready and some homebrew on tap. Patrick and I are having some problems with our homebrews; as our brewing skills have improved our wives have taken a liking to having fresh homebrew on tap. Now I can’t keep my kegs full. (I am almost out)

We are making a broccoli and cauliflower salad, I believe Patrick is bringing a pasta salad and Steve mentioned something about beans. I’ll have plenty of hotdogs for the kids.
